Tray Treats (“the app”) is developed and provided by Curastone CORP. (“we”). Questions about this policy: knowhiz.us@gmail.com.
1. Summary
- We do not collect personal information. The app needs no account or sign-in, we run no server for it, and the app itself sends no data to any network address of ours or of a third party.
- Your progress and settings are stored only on your device.
- Only if you use Apple’s Game Center are three game scores submitted to and shown by Apple’s Game Center service.
- The app has no ads, no analytics or advertising SDKs, and does no tracking across apps or websites.
2. Data kept only on your device
So that the game works, the app keeps in the device’s local storage:
- Game progress: which Basics levels you cleared; for Challenge, per level the number of tries, losses, stars, clears and skips; for the Daily, each day’s result (tiles cleared, whether you won, tools used, score); and the round in progress so you can continue it.
- Settings: sound, haptics, reduce motion and language.
- A local play log (at most 10,000 entries or about 1 MB) of game events such as a level started, a tile picked, a triple cleared, a win or loss, or a tool used, with the time, the app’s build, the level content version and a random number made fresh each time the app runs.
- A backup copy of each save, used to recover progress if a save is damaged.
- If you use Game Center: the scores still waiting to be sent, and a one-way hash (SHA-256) of your Game Center team-scoped player ID, used only to notice that a different player has signed in. The hash is never sent anywhere.
This data is not sent to us or to anyone else. Like other app data, it may be included in your own device backups (for example iCloud Backup), which Apple handles according to your backup settings.
3. Results you choose to share
The Share button opens the iOS share sheet (or copies to the clipboard) with a short text: the level or day, the result and a challenge code. The code contains only the level or day number, the level pack and the list of moves. It leaves the app only if you send it yourself, to whomever you choose.
4. Game Center (optional)
Game Center is a service provided by Apple.
- The app never shows a sign-in screen by itself. If your device is signed in to Game Center, the app connects when it starts. Apple’s sign-in screen appears only if you tap Leaderboards while signed out.
- When connected, the app submits through Apple’s GameKit: (1) your Daily score, only for your first ranked try of a day and only while that day’s board is open, with the day’s number attached; (2) the number of Challenge levels you have cleared; (3) your total Challenge stars.
- These scores are shown on Game Center leaderboards with your Game Center nickname and picture, where other Game Center players can see them. Apple handles this data under the Apple Privacy Policy.
- The app does not show, keep or send us your Game Center player identifier.
- As the developer we can see the top scores and nicknames of each leaderboard in Apple’s App Store Connect, and remove scores or block a player from submitting. We use this only to keep the leaderboards fair, for example to remove scores that are impossible in the game.
- You can play everything without Game Center, and you can sign out at any time under the device’s Settings › Game Center; the app then stops submitting scores. To have submitted scores removed, contact us.
5. Diagnostics from Apple
If you choose in your device settings to share analytics with app developers, Apple may give us crash reports and aggregated usage statistics. Apple handles this according to your settings; we use it only to fix problems. The app itself contains no crash-reporting or analytics code.
6. What we do not do
- No ads, no in-app purchases, no accounts.
- No tracking, no advertising identifier, no selling or sharing of personal information.
- No location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone access.
7. Children
The app is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
8. Deleting your data
Choose Clear play data in the game’s Settings, or delete the app, to remove everything the app stored on your device. For scores already submitted to Game Center, contact us and we will remove them as far as App Store Connect allows; data tied to your Apple Account is managed by Apple.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.

甜点叠叠（Tray Treats，以下简称“本 App”）由 Curastone CORP.（以下简称“我们”）开发和提供。如对本政策有疑问，请写信至 knowhiz.us@gmail.com。
1. 概要
- 我们不收集你的个人信息。本 App 不需要注册或登录，我们没有为本 App 运营任何服务器，本 App 自身不向我们或任何第三方的网络地址发送数据。
- 你的游戏进度和设置只保存在你的设备上。
- 只有在你使用 Apple 的 Game Center 时，三项游戏成绩才会通过 Apple 的 Game Center 服务提交和显示。
- 本 App 没有广告，不使用数据分析或广告 SDK，不进行跨 App 或网站的追踪。
2. 只保存在你设备上的数据
为了让游戏正常运行，本 App 在设备的本地存储中保存：
- 游戏进度：已通过的入门关；闯关模式每一关的挑战次数、失败次数、星星、通过和跳过情况；每日一盘每天的结果（消掉的张数、是否通过、用过的道具、得分）；以及正在进行的一局，方便你继续。
- 设置：声音、触感、减少动态和语言。
- 本机游戏记录（最多 10,000 条或约 1 MB），例如开始一关、拿起一张牌、消掉三连、输赢、使用道具，以及发生时间、App 构建号、关卡内容版本和每次运行 App 时新生成的随机编号。
- 每份存档的备份副本，用于存档损坏时尽量恢复进度。
- 如果你使用 Game Center：尚未提交的成绩，以及你的 Game Center 玩家标识（团队范围）经 SHA-256 单向处理后的值，只用于判断是否换了登录的玩家。该值不会发送到任何地方。
这些数据不会发送给我们或任何第三方。与其他 App 的数据一样，它们可能包含在你自己的设备备份（例如 iCloud 云备份）中，由 Apple 按你的备份设置处理。
3. 你主动分享的结果
点“分享”会打开 iOS 分享面板（或复制到剪贴板），内容是一段简短文字：关卡或日期、结果和一个挑战码。挑战码只包含关卡号或日期序号、关卡包和步骤列表。只有当你自己发送时，它才会离开本 App，发给谁由你决定。
4. Game Center（可选）
Game Center 是 Apple 提供的服务。
- 本 App 不会自行弹出登录界面。如果设备已登录 Game Center，本 App 启动时会自动连接；只有在未登录时点“排行榜”，才会出现 Apple 的登录界面。
- 连接后，本 App 通过 Apple 的 GameKit 提交：（1）每日一盘得分：只提交当天第一次排位挑战，且只在当天那一盘尚未结束时提交，附带当天的序号；（2）闯关模式已通过的关卡数；（3）闯关模式获得的星星总数。
- 这些成绩会和你的 Game Center 昵称、头像一起显示在 Game Center 排行榜上，其他 Game Center 玩家可以看到。Apple 按照 Apple 隐私政策 处理这些数据。
- 本 App 不显示、不保存、也不向我们发送你的 Game Center 玩家标识符。
- 作为开发者，我们可以在 Apple 的 App Store Connect 中看到每个排行榜的前列成绩和玩家昵称，并可以删除成绩或阻止某个玩家提交成绩。我们只用这些功能维护排行榜的公平，例如删除游戏中不可能达到的成绩。
- 不使用 Game Center 也能玩全部内容。你可以随时在设备的“设置 › Game Center”中退出登录，此后本 App 不再提交成绩。如需删除已提交的成绩，请联系我们。
5. Apple 提供的诊断信息
如果你在设备设置中选择与 App 开发者共享分析数据，Apple 可能会向我们提供崩溃报告和汇总的使用统计。这由 Apple 按你的设置处理，我们只用它来修复问题。本 App 自身不包含任何崩溃上报或统计代码。
6. 我们不做的事
- 没有广告，没有 App 内购买，没有账号。
- 不追踪，不使用广告标识符，不出售或共享个人信息。
- 不访问位置、通讯录、照片、相机或麦克风。
7. 儿童
本 App 适合所有年龄。我们不会有意收集任何人（包括儿童）的个人信息。
8. 删除你的数据
在游戏“设置”中选择“清空游戏数据”，或删除 App，即可删除本 App 在你设备上保存的全部内容。对已提交到 Game Center 的成绩，请联系我们，我们会在 App Store Connect 允许的范围内删除；与你 Apple 账户相关的数据由 Apple 管理。
9. 政策更新
如本政策有变化，我们会更新本页面及生效日期。
